Chapter 003: The Celestial Maiden
Chapter 003: Celestial Beauty
Today, Wen Biyun wore a pair of high-heeled sandals. Just as she was about to leave, something unexpected happened. With a soft cry, it seemed she had twisted her ankle, and her body tilted to one side. In a flash, Ye Feng extended his arms swiftly, pulling Aunt Wen into his embrace.
In that instant, Ye Feng felt a tender warmth fill his arms, a delicate fragrance enveloping him. Because she had fallen forward, he was acutely aware of the soft fullness against her chest—such a sensation could drive a man mad. Wen Biyun’s cheeks flushed a rosy pink; the strong masculine aura emanating from Ye Feng was irresistible, a feeling she had not experienced in years.
“Aunt Wen, are you alright?” Despite the rush of blood through Ye Feng’s body and the surge of wicked thoughts, he dared not lose himself to the allure of this beautiful, mature woman in the middle of the street. Reluctantly, he gently released her from his arms. Gazing upon her bashful, exquisite face, his heart pounded uncontrollably. Heaven help me, I can’t keep looking or I’ll commit a crime, he shouted inwardly.
“I’m fine, just a little pain in my foot,” Wen Biyun replied, her face drawn with a hint of grievance. She shook her foot to ease the discomfort. At that moment, Ye Feng knelt down, took hold of her delicate, charming ankle, and with a firm, skilled twist—there was a soft crack.
“Ah, Xiaofeng, you really are amazing! It doesn’t hurt anymore, haha!” Wen Biyun’s ankle had been dislocated, but with Ye Feng’s deft touch, it was quickly set right. He reluctantly withdrew his hand from her ankle, though not without lingering for a moment.
The Golden Star Hotel was vast and fully equipped. Wen Biyun led Ye Feng on a tour, and after he felt sufficiently familiar with the place, they prepared to leave. As they reached the second floor, Ye Feng noticed a door marked “Storage Room” standing open, which struck him as odd. “Aunt Wen, is your storage room usually left open like this?” he asked.
“No, that’s not right.” Wen Biyun’s face darkened, and she immediately summoned a receptionist to investigate. Anger flashed across her features, her chest heaving with agitation—a sight that nearly made Ye Feng’s nose bleed. The view was truly captivating.
As Wen Biyun watched the receptionist scurry away, she caught Ye Feng’s gaze lingering upon her. Her cheeks flushed deeper, and she chided him softly, “You little rascal, what are you staring at?” The blush on her face was even more alluring than before, making her even more irresistible.
Ye Feng’s handsome face reddened as he hurriedly averted his eyes. “Nothing, I wasn’t looking at anything.” He certainly wasn’t about to admit he’d been admiring her figure, though in his heart, he couldn’t deny how enticing she was.
Wen Biyun felt both amused and exasperated. In truth, after years of solitary nights, her own heart was not immune to desire. The men she encountered in business were only after her wealth, but this young man before her felt different. With a coquettish tone, she teased, “So, after a few years in the army, you’ve forgotten how to behave?”
“Not at all, Aunt Wen. I’m an honest man, the honest type!” Ye Feng joked, figuring there was no tax on bravado.
“Honest? Honestly, you even stare at your aunt. What’s there to see? I’m not young anymore—go admire some pretty young girls instead!” She didn’t know why she was saying such things to her young nephew, and her cheeks grew even redder.
Looking at her coy, captivating demeanor, Ye Feng felt a sudden surge of courage. “They’re nothing compared to you, Aunt Wen. You’re a rare beauty—who knows how many pure maidens you’ve eclipsed?”
As soon as the words left his mouth, he turned away, not daring to meet her eyes. Wen Biyun’s heart blossomed at his words, though she kept a stern expression, reaching out to pinch his ear. “Oh, so you dare tease your aunt now!” she scolded playfully.
Ye Feng yelped, bowing his head. “But it’s true, Aunt Wen! Ouch, be gentle, it hurts!” Wen Biyun snorted in mock annoyance, dragging him into the service area behind the front desk and seating herself where the receptionist had been. “Tell me, what’s so pretty about your aunt?” she demanded.
Ye Feng grimaced, “You were beautiful as a child, and you’re still beautiful now—like a celestial maiden descended to earth!”
Her heart fluttered all the more at his praise. Loosening her grip on his ear, she gazed at him with infinite charm and feigned annoyance. “Nonsense. I’m past my prime, hardly a celestial maiden.”
Ye Feng, now half-kneeling before her, covered his ear and grinned. “Honestly, Aunt Wen, you’re even more beautiful than any fairy in the heavens.”
Her cheeks deepened in color as she raised her hand, pretending to strike him. On instinct, Ye Feng wrapped his arms around her slender waist. Wen Biyun fell naturally into his embrace, the mingling of her fragrance and his masculine scent thickening the air in that small space.
Ye Feng looked up and saw that this beautiful, mature woman did not scold or push him away. Instead, she simply rested her hands lightly on his shoulders, a gesture as intimate as could be. Without thinking, he turned her on the chair, pressing her gently to his chest, and, drawn to her alluring lips, kissed her deeply.
Their kiss grew slow and tender, until footsteps echoed urgently above, startling them apart. Wen Biyun composed herself in the chair, while Ye Feng ducked behind the counter. From his hiding place, he couldn’t help but admire her long, pale, shapely legs—truly mesmerizing.
His hand slid slowly from her calf upward, relishing the softness of her skin. He savored every moment, marveling at how vibrant and well-cared for her legs were. Ye Feng realized he was growing addicted to the sensation, his heart pounding with strange excitement.
Wen Biyun noticed the mischief, scolding him inwardly for his audacity. Didn’t he know that if this continued, she wouldn’t be able to restrain herself? Her body trembled, but she maintained her composure, glaring at the warehouse attendant outside. “You there—what’s going on with the storage room?”
She nearly ground the words out between clenched teeth. Feeling his hand inching dangerously close to her most sensitive spot, she decisively pressed her own hand down to stop him, lest she give herself away entirely. This troublesome man!
